AMELIA TRUJILLO Obituary
Amelia R. Trujillo passed away at the age of 93 years old on August 16, 2021 in Santa Fe, NM. She was born January 3, 1928 in Helper, Utah. She was preceded in death by her mother Candelaria H. Rios, father Geronimo Rios, partner Luis Trujillo, brothers Cruz, Jerome, and Robert, sisters Elvira Armijo, Hortencia Zagal, Juanita (Jane) Gutierrez, nephew Chris Enberg, and niece Erica Montoya.
Amelia's academic accomplishments were graduating from Santa Fe High School and attending business school. She also was banker for most of her adult life and attended Cristo Rey and Santa Maria de la Paz Catholic Church.
Amelia R. Trujillo is survived by her sisters, brothers, and spouses; Josephine Apodaca (Julio), Dolores H. Rios, Leo Poldo Rios (Marie), Johnny Peperas, Ted Peperas (Marylou), Sophie Smith (Andrew), Ester Archuleta (Benny), aunt Esperanza Hinojo, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Pallbearers: David Fountain and John Del Toro
Memorial contributions to be directed to Genesis, 1650 Galisteo St. SF, NM 87505
Services will be held at Santa Maria De La Paz August 27, 2021 beginning with the Rosary at 10:00 a.m. with Mass to follow.
