GENEVIEVE ANGEL TRUJILLO
July 8, 2003 - October 27, 2025
It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Genevieve Trujillo. Born in Las Vegas, New Mexico, to Valerie Padilla and Madio Trujillo. Genevieve passed away at her home in Los Lomas Apartments, Española, New Mexico, where she lived with Antonio Tristen Martinez and their beloved Pomeranian, "Custard."
"Gena" was a private yet fiercely determined individual who lived with a radiant smile and a heart of gold. Her passion, talent, and perseverance inspired all who knew her, and her memory will continue to be a source of love and strength.
She is survived by her parents Valerie Padilla; Christopher Herrera; grandparents Peter R. Padilla of Holman, NM, and Ruby Vigil of Española, NM; great-grandmother Eva Martinez; Godmother Christine; sisters Mireya and Samantha Quinonez; brother Emilio Trujillo; partner Antonio Tristen Martinez; and her closest aunt Jessica M. Padilla.
Services will be held on Thursday, November 6, 2025, from 3:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. at Rivera Funeral Home, 305 Calle Salazar, Española, New Mexico.
