Gloria was a personal friend while living in St. Louis, Missouri. I will always cherish that whistle, her strength, fortitude, and excellence in being her best at being human and encouraging others to pursue their potential. Rest in eternal peace, my friend... You are loved by many...

Miss Branson was my swim coach at Hancock High School 1968-1972. Her insistence in perfecting my butterfly stroke has saved my life. Her insistence in excellence has resulted in my becoming an outstanding swimmer.
We all will inevitably follow this painful path, sooner than we realize.
So very sorry for the grief and sorrow in the hearts of loved ones.
Fond memories help to cushion the Autumn of our lives.

Miss Branson was my gym teacher and coach. She was a hard teacher but I still liked her. The thing I remember most was her and that whistle she always had...lol She will be missed.

I had Miss Branson as a gym teacher and coach at Hancock High School (class of '68). I remember her as a tough coach, always urging us on to do our very best. (And that's a GOOD thing!)
