This news is so heartbreaking. I met Miguel years ago when he was hired as a driver at the City of SF Environmental Services Division. We didn't work together for very long but he definitely made an impression on me. He was just one of those guys that could always make me smile. He had THE BEST sense of humor and had a new joke to tell me everyday after his shift. He was just an awesome guy. I pray for healing and comfort for his family. RIP Miguel
