ROSIE MARTINEZ Obituary
Rosie Martinez, age 78, of Albuquerque, New Mexico passed away Friday, March 11, 2022. She was born May 16, 1943 in Gallina, New Mexico. She will be missed but we know she is resting in God's loving arms and reunited with all her loved ones.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Norberto Martinez; her parents Jose Salomon and Amalia Roybal, her niece; Kimberly Aragon-Nunez; her grandparents Reverend Tomas Martinez and Lugardita; aunts, uncles and cousins.
She is survived by her siblings; Joe (Josue) S. Roybal (Maureen), Joyce Roybal Aragon, Grace Roybal, George Roybal (Irene), Gilbert Roybal, Jerry Roybal (Jimmy), Lydia Upchurch (Steve), Danny Roybal (Elaine), Ben Roybal (Drusilla), and Debbie Swanson (Arnold) and special aunt Isabel Sanchez.
She is survived by many nephews and nieces, cousins and other relatives.
Public visitation will begin 10 a.m. Thursday, March 24, 2022 with a celebration of Life service at 11:00 a.m., Victory Faith Church, 823 Angel Duran Dr. Espanola, NM 87532. Burial will follow at the Loma Vista Cemetery in Alcalde, NM.
Pallbearers: Lucas Aragon, Dennis Roybal, Daniel Roybal, Ezekiel Upchurch, Tristan Nunez and Jaiden Nunez.
