Roy Niles had to be the best Boss a gal could have! Luck of the draw or just plain Blessed I got the best! A boss after I left California moved to Texas, I would get a card or a call from. He called me his yellow rose from Texas! I always had a joke of the day that made him Crack up laughing
I miss him so much! I will always love him like a brother!

Dear Roy,
I knew you in business but when you did call me it would always put a smile on my face. Off on on for over 20 years it was a good day when you got a chance to speak with Roy.
I'm so sorry for your pain and the world is a little darker now with you not in it.
My fondest memory is Roy coming to my home for a poker night and Roy bringing pizza for everyone. He was always so generous and thoughtful.
Roy, I had so much respect and affection for you and you were quality with a capital Q.
Keep a smile on your face.

Sending my deepest condolences to the Niles family. Roy played a HUGE role in my success as a skateboarder and family man. I skated and worked for Roy at Beyond Waves Mountain Surf Shop when I was a teenager and till this day I tell people that was the best time of my life. Roy always inspired me and our skate team to do and be our best, to keep our dreams alive and go big or go home. He will be greatly missed. God bless the wonderful legacy that Roy has left to his family.

My Dearest cousin, I love you oh so very much, my heart aches that I can not be with our family, you have touched the lives of so many people with your loving random acts of kindness, you have such a strong family unit beyond what my words can express. I am so proud to be your cousin and to have been in your life. I just know you are at peace and most likely hanging out with my Parents, brother and sister and having a ball, as well as your Mother and Father, you brought us all such happiness and joy hear upon this earth and now to be able to share your angelic kindness in heaven. Roy was a great man. I have been a business neighbor for 6 years, he has been the coolest person to work next too, He was cool when our kids would go in the back of the business just to tell him Hi, always put a smile on his face. it was always a great conversation with Roy. Roy was a neighbor and friend, our condolences go out to the family, staff and friends of Roy. He will be missed and celebrated.
