Beverly Rowland Obituary
1937 - 2022
Beverly Bev Jean Rowland was a beloved mom, grandma, and Gigi during her 84 years of life. She went peacefully to Heaven on January 25, 2022, in Bakersfield, California, surrounded by love.
She was born in Mirror, Alberta, Canada, on June 30, 1937, to Berniece and Willis Bergstrom. Bev was known for her quick wit and her colorful personality. As a bartender at Harry's and a cashier at Walmart, she was adored by all who encountered her. She enjoyed being around people and could quickly become great friends with everyone. Her family was her entire world and they will miss her dearly but find comfort in knowing that she is celebrating in Heaven with her sisters, Wanda Shelton and Sylvia Wilkanoski.
Beverly is survived by her four children: Kimberly Weinberg and her husband, Guy, of Bakersfield; Cathy Murphy and her husband, Tim, of Bakersfield; Carrie Mariscal and her husband, Kevin, of Nipomo; and Billy Rowland and his girlfriend, Renee Leach, of Santa Maria. She leaves behind 9 grandchildren: Jennifer Ayers, Shelby Hopkins, Jake Andrade, Melissa Cemo, Niles Kinnick, Brittany Kinnick, Cameron Weinberg, Kendall Mariscal, and Caela Rowland; and 10 great-grandchildren: Kylie, Anika, Madelyn, Corban, Kade, Ellie, Liam, Hadley, Mila, and Sterling. She is also survived by her brothers: Walter Bergstrom and his wife, Laura, of Littleton, CO; and Neil Bergstrom of Colorado Springs, CO. And ex-husband Bill Rowland of Paso Robles. She also leaves behind many other family members and dear friends.
Services will be held at Santa Maria Cemetery on Friday, February 4th, 2022, at 1:00 pm.

She was one of the best aunts a niece could ever ask for. Her laughter, thoughtfulness and love for friends and especially her family will be missed so much. She truly was an amazing lady.
Auntie Bev, I love you and will miss you dearly! Give my mom a bear hug for me! Rest in Heaven!

Lifting all of you in prayer praying for comfort. I have dome pretty good memories of Aunt Bev. One thing I will never forget is how she would put out hair up in a ponytail so high and tight that we looked Chinese . Your Arkansas pop family is sending much love y’all’s way
