Gilbert Cota Obituary
Gilbert "Gil" Cota, 61 of Santa Maria, CA, passed away Wednesday, November 9, 2011 in Santa Maria.
Visitation will be held Sunday, November 13, 2011 after 5:00 pm at St. Louis De Montfort Catholic Church. The Rosary will be held Sunday at 7:00 pm and the Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, November 14, 2011 at 1:00 pm, both at St. Louis de Montfort Catholic Church. Private inurnment will be at a later date at Santa Maria Cemetery.
Arrangements are under the direction of Dudley-Hoffman Mortuary, Crematory and Memory Gardens.

To the Cota Family, I was so sorry to hear about your loss. Gilbert was a special young man in my life years ago. I haven't seen him for a long time but he was always sweet,kind and respectful to me anytime I saw him. I have many great memories of him and I wanted to express my sympathy for your loss.

My condolences to the Cota family. Richard and Harry, I remember Gilbert following us around Waller Park and Airport Circle. I have fond memories of your family especially your mother making home made tortilla's and beans, then handing out burritos to the neighborhood. So sorry for your loss.
