Mary Fairfield Obituary
1934 - 2022
Mary Jane Fairfield, 88, beloved mother, grandmother, sister, cousin, and friend was called by her Heavenly Father Sunday, October 9, 2022. Mary Jane was proud of her Italian heritage and proud of the city in which she was born, Pittsburgh PA. Friendships were important to her, and she was adored by many friends from her childhood as well as friends she met throughout the 44 years living in Santa Maria. For the first couple of decades living in Santa Maria, Mary Jane enjoyed bowling, playing bunco, and socializing with her co-workers. She was very involved in the community and served for many years as an ambassador to the Chamber of Commerce and as a fundraiser for the American Cancer Society's Daffodil Days. She was preceded in death by her husband William in July 2019, and is survived by her daughter Kristin and her cherished grandchildren: Janene, Vanessa, and Enzo. She is also survived by her sister Louise in Pacific Beach, CA, cousins John, Barbara Ann, Darlene, Marie, and Anthony in Pittsburgh, PA, cousin Joanie in Montana, and numerous other cousins. Mary Jane loved dogs, especially her Honey Boy Howie, and in her honor donations to the local animal shelter would be a kind and memorable gesture. Rest In Peace mom, I miss you.

I´ll always remember Mary Jane as a kind and loving person. When I first started working in Real Estate I noticed she was always positive and caring. When I would see her at my current work place, Albertsons she was the same way.
You will be missed Mary Jane.
