Myra Petersen Obituary
1928-2007
We said goodbye to our mom, Myra Joyce Petersen on July 3 this year. Much as she lived, her passing was peaceful & gentle.
She was "everyone's" mom. Generous & kind, her heart & door were always open to anyone on need, 2 legged or 4!
Two of her greatest joys were her grandsons Michael & Matthew. And, if we can be judged in this life by the friends we keep, she was truly blessed. Her children, Karen, Samantha, & Danny thank all of you for your love & support. As a friend of mine said, "she was a good woman that gave us lots of joy, lots of laughs, and we gave her a lot of grief!! Soft dreams Mom.
A tree planting ceremony is planned for both her & for our dad, James Petersen. Please contact Samantha, [email protected] for date/time.

My course of my life was immeasurably enriched by Myra. She demonstrated great love, caring and hospitality for all and for me in particular. I am grateful to God for having allowed me to be a part of the Petersen Family.
