John H. Neubert

1952 - 2024

Memorial services will be in spring 2025 at the Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home in Sauk Rapids for John Neubert, age 72, of St. Cloud who passed Nov. 19, 2024, at his home in St. Cloud. The Rev. Levi Willms will officiate and burial will be in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery in Sauk Rapids. John was born on March 27, 1952, in St. Cloud to John and Ida (Blaske) Neubert. He bravely served his country in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam War. John worked as a truck driver and fishing was his passion. His favorite spot was the south side of the St. Cloud dam. He also liked to ice fish. His favorite place to get all of his fishing supplies and to swap fishing stories was Stop Light Bait in St. Cloud. He was there almost daily. He was a member of VFW Post 6992 and American Legion Post 254 in Sauk Rapids.
He is survived by his "Favorite son" Sara Neubert (daughter) of Falls Church, Virginia; sisters, Dolores Krafnick of St. Cloud; Carol Durand of St. Cloud; and brother, Marvin Neubert of Sauk Rapids.
He is preceded in death by his parents John and Ida Neubert; brothers Leon, Vernon and Donald Neubert; and brother-in-law Ralph Krafnick.
