PROHPETSTOWN - Cheryl (Wolfman) Flam, 79, of Chicago, IL, passed away peacefully on Nov. 13, 2025, at Decatur Memorial Hospital.
Cheryl was born October 30, 1946, in Chicago, the daughter of Roy and Mirian (Berger) Wolfman. She married Ronald Flam on August 2, 1975, in Chicago. He preceded her in death on April 29, 2006. She was also preceded in death by her son, Mark Flam.
Cheryl was an avid wood carver, artist, and lover of animals, specifically Diamond, her beloved dog.
She is survived by her sister, Mickey Smetana; three granddaughters, Erica (Kagan) Hornback, Alicia, and Sheila; four great grandchildren; and five nieces and nephews.
In honor of Cheryl's wishes, her body will be donated to science to contribute to medical education and research.
