Debra 'debbie' Davis

Born: November 14, 1960; Gunnison, Colorado

Died: March 18, 2021; Oconomowoc, Wisconsin

WAUKESHA, Wis. – Debra "Debbie" Davis, 60, died Thursday, March 18, 2021 at Angels Grace Hospice in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin.

Debbie was born November 14, 1960, in Gunnison, Colorado, the daughter of Tom and Darlene (Strand) Davis of Sterling, Illinois.

Debbie graduated from Sterling High School in 1978, attended Southeastern Academy in Florida and later worked for U.S. Airlines. Debbie went through so much after having a stroke 20 years ago, but still lived on her own and battled cancer twice. For 20 years, her faith never wavered, even in the midst of her battles. She fought the good fight and kept the faith. She will receive her treasures in heaven.

Debbie is survived by her mother of Sterling; two sisters, Diana and Steve Kleber of Waukesha, Wisconsin and Kathy and Rick of San Jose, California; uncle, Charles and Linda Strand of Concord, New Hampshire; nephews, Michael and Amanda Kleber, Jeremy Walker and Erik Walker; nieces, Sarah and Matt Standish, Laura and Jared Ramos and Anna and Josh Bykowski; and several great-nieces and -nephews.

Debbie Is preceded in death by her father.

Debbie was cremated and interment will be at Elmwood Cemetery in Sycamore, Illinois. A memorial service will be at Salem Lutheran Church in Sycamore, Illinois at a later date.
