Karson Crump, 63, died Sunday, September 19, 2021 at his home in Rock Falls.
He was born on February 2, 1958 in Sterling, the son of Phillip K. and Charlotte J. (Alexander) Crump. He married Debra Sue Sublett on October 7, 1978. Karson had been employed at Nachusa Lutheran Home for 10 years and then Donaldson's in Dixon for 19 years. He attended Rock River Christian Center.
Survivors include his wife, Debra; daughters, Jennifer (Benjamin) Portner and Rebecca Crump; sister, Karsanna Crump; brother, Phillip (Kim) Crump; granddaughter Alaina; four nephews; and three nieces.
He wasp receded in death by his parents.
There will be no services and cremation will take place. Arrangements by McDonald Funeral Home & Crematory.
Memorials may be made to Rock River Hospice & Home or Urban Outreach Missionaries.

I am very sorry to hear of your Dad's passing. I remember when you lived in the apartments by Washington School and I would come over and play with you; your dad would be there and he would tell us stories about being in the Army and living in Guam.

If it wasn't for Karson, I would not have met his brother, Phillip, and been married for 32 years with three wonderful children.
