Kenneth Ray Timbs, 73, died on September 14, 2025
He was born on April 21, 1952 in Sterling, the son of Charlie and Dorothy (Paul) Timbs. Kenny Ray had worked as an over the road semi-truck driver for many years. He enjoyed music, movies, board games and hanging out with his friends.
He will be missed by his sisters: Dorothy Trigg-Hann of WV, Dian (Gary) Folsom of Sterling; brother, Wayne (Karen) Timbs of Rock Falls; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and longtime friends.
Kenneth Ray had served in the US Army and was buried at the Rock Island National Cemetery. As per his request there were no public services.
