LORI ANN COPPOTELLI, 55, of Prophetstown, IL, passed away after having a heart attack, Friday, December 16, 2022, at CGH Medical Center in Sterling, IL.
The Bosma-Gibson Funeral Home in Prophetstown is in charge of arrangements. Interment will be at Riverside Cemetery in Prophetstown. A memorial has been established.
Lori was born January 20, 1967, in Sterling, IL to James and Shirley (Koehn) Eads. She was educated in the Prophetstown grade schools and was a graduate of Prophetstown High School. She later furthered her education and received a certificate in Phlebotomy, a CNA license, and became an ordained minister. Lori worked as a teachers aid for special needs children at Northside School in Morrison, IL. She liked playing sand volleyball and karaoke. She enjoyed spending time with her friends and cherished the time she spent with her family, especially during the holidays. She loved her grandchildren and her dog Buttercup.
Survivors include two daughters, Janessa Peterson of Sterling, IL and Shandi Peterson of Prophetstown, IL; two sons, Austin Peterson of Davenport, IA and Jerid Coffin of Prophetstown, IL; eight grandchildren, Gaige, Kennady, Kingston and Brayden, Everleigh, Jonas and Maleia and Cora Sue; her father, James Eads of Prophetstown, IL; one brother, Duane Eads of Sterling, IL; one sister Lisa Barnes Dixon, IL.
She was preceded in death by her mother; one brother, Mark Eads.
