Anne Morgan Obituary

Anne Yopp Morgan of Augusta, died Tuesday, May 6, 2003. She was a native of Savannah and was selected Miss Savannah in 1952. She had lived in Augusta for most of her life. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Aimee Katherine Herring. She is survived by her daughter, Julie Anne Pender; son, David Joseph LHeureux; two sisters, Sue Thompson of Twin City and Margaret Gaston of Jacksonville, FL; brother, Gardner Yopp of Savannah; granddaughters, April Pender Crump, Rachel LHeureux; grandsons, Timothy Herring, Jonathan Herring, and Jason Herring. Family,

I am sorry to learn of Anne's death.

I remember her as a very kind, sweet girl when we attended CHS together. We cheered on the cheerleading squad and enjoyed it very much. I haven't seen her in years but wanted you all to know how sorry I am. May God help you all during this time of loss.
