David Tootle Obituary

David Tootle - SAVANNAH - David Tootle, 59, died Monday, May 9, 2011 in Savannah. The Glennville native was a longtime resident of Savannah. He was a Viet Nam veteran of the United States Army and had worked with Coastal Floor Covering for many years. He is survived by a son, David Alexander Tootle, a daughter and son-in-law, Ashley Tootle Ward (Josh), and a grandson, Kole Pierce Ward, all of Statesboro; six brothers and sisters, Delorse Grantham of Midway, Dewayne Tootle of Jesup, Larry Tootle of Savannah, Faye Mitchell of Ohio, and Ronald Tootle and Patricia Elaine Carroll, both of Savannah; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Friday from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors, Hodgson Chapel. Funeral services will be private. I meet David back in 1970 ! We have allways been really good friends? David was one of the guys that got me in the floor coveing? I'll ever forget him for that? Larry and Dewayne and Ronnie and Elaine I'am so sorry for your lost!! Over the last 25yrs the Tootle"s have really been thought alot! I would like that this time to said thank you so much for all you have done for me and my family! We all lost a good man? God bless the Tootle's And god bless David Tootle!! He may be gone but will never be forgot'n.......... LOTS OF LOVE TOMMY HARLEY -WICHITA KS.
