Moma Dru will always be one to remember. I can remember the Park Avenue days when she would come home from work and we could hear her voice calling out loudly to her children (Gerald, Red, Black), once you all had gathered, then we would her a softer voice saying, where is Bernita. It was not an angry call, it was a call of a Sheppard gathering her sheep. . We continue to keep all of you in our prayers

To the family: I am so sorry to hear that "Ms. Dru" has passed. I can remember the Park Ave. days when we all were younger. I know that no love can replace a mother's love, so Bernita, Gerald, Red and Black remember that God loved her best and she is now at peace and resting with the Lord.
