Glenn Blanton - JESUP - Glenn Blanton, 77, died Friday, December 20, 2013. The Ware County, Ga. native attended Memorial Freewill Baptist Church of Surrency, Ga. He was a former employee with the Trade Mart, Walmart and Florida State Prison System. He was predeceased by two daughters, Belinda Glover and Abbigale Blanton; a sister, Carolyn Molton Richardson. Survivors: 3 daughters, Debbie Blanton of Honolulu, Hawaii, Amy Blanton of Atlanta, Ga., Karen Gault of Rincon, Ga.; 4 sons, Glenn Arnold Blanton of Jacksonville, Fla., Robert E. Blanton of Bangkok, Thailand, Tracy Blanton and Wiley Blanton, both of Columbus, Ga.; a sister, Barbara Whittikki of Wilmington Island, Ga.; a brother, Warren Blanton of Augusta, Ga.; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be 12 P.M. Saturday, December 28, 2013 at Memorial Freewill Baptist Church of Surrency, Ga. with Rev. Virgil Carter and Rev. J. E. Blanton officiating.
