Jake Sapp Obituary
The Effingham County native was a 2018 graduate of South Effingham County High School where he played baseball 4 years. He enjoyed playing baseball, golf, bowling, cornhole, was an avid hunter, especially bowhunting, and fishing, where he always caught the biggest fish.
Survivors include his parents, Keith and Lori Sapp; sister and brother-in-law, Makayla Beth Sapp and A.J. Wiley; niece, Paisley Grace Wiley; grandparents, Reggie and Mary Sapp, Robert and Dorothy Parkhurst; aunts and uncles, Randy and Laurel Sapp, Roland and Lisa Ferland, Donald Parkhurst (preceded, Denise Parkhurst), Ronald and Lori Parkhurst; cousins, Gabrielle and Vitor Batista, and Mila Batista, Naomi Sapp, Bella Sapp, Dawn Caylor, Thomas and Conley Chester, Michael and Natalie Ferland, Jackson Ferland, (preceded, David Parkhurst), Nancy and Donald Stone, Cameron, Payton, and Gabriel Stone, Dennis Parkhurst, Lindy and Nathan Bowers, Landon Bowers, Ryan Parkhurst.
Visitation will be 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday at Living Faith Church of God, 3789 Noel C. Conaway Rd., Guyton, GA 31312.
Funeral services will follow at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Living Faith Church of God.
Interment will follow in Effingham Memorial Gardens.
Remembrances may be given to South Effingham County High School Booster Club for the Baseball Team, Mustang Diamond Club, c/o Tommy Morgan, 1220 Noel C. Conaway Rd., Guyton, GA 31312.
