I am so sorry for your family's lost. When I was growing up as a young man Edward was a great friend to me. Even though I was much younger than him and he was a friend with my older brothers Edward treated me as though I was his friend to. We shared alot of experiences together, He taught me a lot of valuable things about life. I will charish the memories of the times we spent together like the times he allowed me to travel with him on the tractor trailer truck that he drove for a living. He also taught me a lot about fixing cars and trucks as well as how to treat and respect other people. I am just sorry that I could not bring myself to come to the funeral home to say my good byes to him. But I choose to remember Edward as the man and type of person he was. I hope that you as his family can understand my feelings. Because I know that in my heart that Edward is looking down from heaven and he understands and knows of the pain that I feel from loosing a truly great friend. I also know that he up there in heaven with Josphine now enjoying the rewards they both earned while on earth.
