It was very sad for me to read and learn of the passing of Brantley. I don't remember meeting any of the family through the years, but I worked with Brantley at the Central of Georgia Railroad shops back in 1953 - 1955, until he went to work for J. C. Lewis Ford. I remember him talking about his family and I enjoyed working with him. To the Cone family I extend my sympathy and condolences. I will always remember him as a very good person and I know all of those that knew him will too.

Dear Peggy,
Nat and I were so sorry to hear of Brantley's passing. You will never know how much of an impact the two of you made in my life. I stumbled into WBUMC in 1983 broken in body and spirit. An alcoholic, depressed and without hope. You and Brantley were a great encouragement to me and you gave me hope that things could be different that I could be different. I will never forget the impact you made on my life. October I celebrated 20 years as a Pastor and it was because people like you and Brantley encouraged me to believe in myself. To God be the glory but he used you two to Bless me. Soon and very Soon we'll all be together again. Thank you and we will be praying for you all.

Love you,Nat and Eddie Hutcheson
