I had the priviledge of meeting "Sammy" many times when he was with his lovely wife Emily who was a dear friend of mine for many years through the Officer's Wives Club and the Thrift Shop at Robins AFB. What wonderful people and now they are in heaven together. God bless your family.

Lt Col Sams (Sammy) was a dear friend of my Grandmother in Savannah. The few times I got to meet him and spend time with him, I knew I had been in the company of a special person and gentleman. God Bless.
