Funeral services will be held 2:00pm, Saturday, November 30, 2019 at Butler Presbyterian Church, Rev. Donnie Woods, Eulogist/Pastor. Interment: Bonaventure Cemetery, (Greenwich section). Public viewing: 10:00am-5:00pm Friday at the chapel of Bynes-Royall. Visitation service: 6:00pm-7:00pm at Butler Presbyterian Church. Professional services entrusted to Bynes-Royall Funeral Home.

We miss you down here, but I know that you and my husband Clifford Spikes Jr is up there talking about Savannah State Marching Band. Clifford left us in 2017, so I know he was glad when you guys got back together.

Joe Lee. It's your Brother Karnard or your wife's boyfriend. Boy do I miss the Brother, a Brothers' Brother. A good Brother of the Old Gold and Black. I know you are up their cutting up, telling bad jokes, and kissing all the women. I expect nothing less. As you can see we got rid of Trump.
I just wanted to say I miss you and Lydia and our conversations. By the way, kiss my girlfriend for me.

To the family, it's so hard to think about a world without Joseph, with his big laugh and bright smile. I've known him since elementary school. He grew up on 45th St. I grew up on 40th. He was among one of the the best people I've ever known. He was a WONDERFUL PERSON and loved a lot.
