Louis was a classmate and friend we went through school together in Savannah. He was one of the finest men I have ever known. I was honored to call him a friend. May he rest in peace. May God comfort and bless his family.

About twenty years ago, Louis walked into my sister Marlene's room at Walter Reed Hospital. She was there for a consult. He had seen on her chart she was from Savannah and he wanted to say hello. His words of kindness and support were heartfelt, meaningful, and so appreciated. We will miss you Louis.

What a kind, gentle human being he was. When he was at Shady Grove Medical Center he would take the time to stop by to say hello and ask how I was doing. He will be missed by many colleagues here. May the memories you shared sustain you in the days ahead.

I am very fortunate to have known Louis as a classmate from our early school years through our years at Savannah High School. Louis was a wonderful and kind person but most of all he was a gentle man and a healer of children. Laura I hope that you and your family find peace with your wonderful memories with Louis.
My prayers are with you and your family.

Louis was a very wonderful person and we are so saddened to learn of his passing at such an early age. May God comfort his family and friends during this time. He will be truly missed by his 1965 Savanna High School classmates.
