Marilyn Livesay Obituary

Marilyn J. Livesay - SPRINGFIELD - Marilyn J. Livesay, 68, passed away Saturday, December 1, 2012 at Hospice Savannah. The Missouri native was of the Catholic faith and retired from Gulfstream. She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert John Schneider and Ollie Johnson Schneider; husband, Richard O. Livesay, Jr.; daughter, Lisa Smith; grandchildren, Tamara and April Suggs, and Malachi Smith; and siblings, Judy Caudle and Albert Schneider, Jr. Survivors include her children, John Richard Livesay of Auburn, GA, Elizabeth Bush of Springfield, Dawn Suggs of Piave, MS, and Julie Livesay of Savannah; 13 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; siblings, Shirley Shoemake of St. Louis, MO and Janet Jenkins of St. Charles, MO; and a number of nieces and nephews. Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday in the chapel. Interment will follow in Effingham Memorial Gardens.
