Mary Lou Denmark Davison - Orange, VA -Mary Lou Denmark Davison, wonderful Mother, humorous, witty and wise woman, of Orange, Virginia, formerly of Decatur, Georgia, passed away July 4, 2006 at the home she shared with her daughter on top of Chicken Mountain in Orange, Virginia. She was born September 24, 1923 in Bullock County, Georgia to Maggie Bowen and Dan W. Denmark. She was preceded in death by ten of her twelve siblings and her husband, Charles Hillman Davison. Survived by her daughter, Cynthia Lou Davison Mittler, son-in-law, Gary Louis Mittler, grandson, Richard Douglas Mittler; granddaughter, Mary Callahan Mittler all of Orange, Virginia; son, Richard Hillman Davison of Atlanta, Georgia; son, Randal Charles Davison, daughter-in-law, Carolyn Folk Davison, and grandson, Patrick Richard Davison all of Atlanta, Georgia, A memorial gathering was held at the home of her daughter, Cynthia Mittler. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial gifts may be made to the Hospice ofthe Rapidan, P.O. Box 1715. Culpeper, VA, 227011. Arrangements were handled by the Preddy Funeral Home, Orange, VA.
