Michael Eugene Webb - SPRINGFIELD - Michael Eugene Webb, 55, passed away peacefully at his home on June 14, 2016 under hospice care. The Effingham County native was the owner/operator of Webb Farm Service and loved nothing more than being on his tractor and farming. He was preceded in death by his parents, George Henry and Emily Collins Webb. He is survived by his two brothers, Ijon Susie Webb and Billy Cindy Webb; and a number of nieces and nephews. Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home followed by funeral services at 11 a.m. in the chapel. Interment will follow in the Springfield Cemetery Annex.
