My heart goes out to ricardos family i met carlos when i moved to savannah. He was a friend of my sister tasha, he was a nice lookin young man and had a smile that could brighten anybodys day, he will be missed but he will always be here in our hearts and minds. With love!

Words can not express the sorrow that I felt when I heard that Ricardo had passed.I still see him as that small quite little boy who I use to baby sit. To Sandra and Mrs.Armstrong I offer my condolences for your lost.

My deepest sympathy goes out to the bereave family. Ricardo was my friend and it hurts me deeply to have lost him. All I can remember is that smile and how he use to make me laugh when I see him. I miss him and I love him and it hurts. God knows whats best and he does not put more on us than we can bear. Always remember the things that Ricardo did in life to make you smile and keep him close to your hearts because memories are all that we have to hold on to and that is what will keep us going on. To the Anderson Family: We've never met, but I did come to know Ricardo. He worked with me several times at Tara, he always had a knack to get others to do his work, while he got spoiled by the kitchen staff feeding him breakfast, or in a room telling jokes. I sometimes chastized him, and he'd say,"come on Miss Shirley you know I love you, I'm working." The truth is I loved Ricardo, he made a stressful job much less stressful by the blessing God gave him with the gift of humor. Everyone who had the opportunity to not only work with him, but just to know him, to laugh with him, will miss him tremendously. He brought his beautiful baby so proudly so we could see what he helped make, he was so proud. I don't know what he did on his personal time, but your upbringing was seen while he was at work. He was respectful,compassionate and truly cared for his patients, coworkers and his family. Mrs. Anderson continue to look to the hills where cometh our help. I asked the Holy Spirit to guide to me while signing Ricardo's guest book and this was the vision I remembered the most. The last time I saw Ricardo was on Friday, February 8, 2008. This was the day of our employees recognition day, which was suggested by the administrative staff. Ricardo came in the large dining room kind of late because he was finishing his work on the floor. He came in and scanned the tables and said he didn't want anything to eat. As everyone sat around eating and enjoying themselves, he made a statement to one of the CNA's in reference to vital signs and everyone began to laugh. Ricardo was the center of attention from that point on. As I think back, all I can say is Thank you God, for leaving all the employees of Oceanside/Savannah Beach with a happy moment with Ricardo. In the cardinal world when I said good-bye that day I did not know it was going to be my last, but in the spirit, God knew Ricardo would soon join him and allowed us to celebrate with him one last time. May the Holy Spirit comfort your family, continue to hold on to God's hand because he will see you all through. GOD IS TRULY AMAZING!
