Dear Shirley and Family,
Please accept our sincere sympathy for the loss of your (our Mother figure), Sis. Cutter. I remember the last conversation that I had with Sis. Cutter. It was right after the repast of Dea. Cutter's homegoing service. She was getting in the limo and having difficulty lifting her legs in the car. I kindly put down the things I had in my hands and lifted her legs in the car. She was so thankful for me helping her that she hugged and kissed me so tight. I said to her that I used to do the same for my mother and she said to me, "I'm Momma now." I will never forget those endearing words. It made me feel so good inside to know that she treasured me enough to see me as a daughter figure as I saw her as a mother figure. Please know that we will truly miss her whenever we visit our home church.
