I would like to extend my most sincere and heartfelt condolences to the entire Coy family on Sally's passing. I knew her for many years and we shared both our downtown Savannah neighborhood and the same civic and social involvement in the life of this city. I know that Sally took great pleasure and joy from each and every day she lived, and from her family. I will miss her.
