Dear Harriet, Pam, Alan,

There are no words that any of us can say that will help ease the pain all of you are having to endure and live each day! I'm so sorry for the loss of such a Fine Person! I knew Sammy and Harriet for 11 years when I worked at Portmans and saw Sammy many times over those years. I will always remember his smile and his beautiful eyes! I saw him many times go to the guitar section and pick up a guitar and start playing. He looked like he loved it so! He will be sadly missed by all that knew him!

We love you!

I went to Tulane with Sammy and he was a great guy, good frat brother and a friend to many people including myself. Although I have not seen him for many years we had a delightful converstion about a month ago.

He will be missed.

Dear Mrs. Simowitz and family, although I did not know Sam that well, I did briefly work with him at Tri-County, and we shared alot of laughs in that short period of time. He was an icon to many realtors in the office and they are all so very sad that he is no longer with us. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers. May Christ be your Shalom.

saved me from going over the hill.I

talked to Sammy sporatically over the years and was lucky enough to

see him a few times over the years.

I'll always remember you.

Sam was and will remain a dear beloved friend of ours, always a place in our hearts.

We will cherish the years of friendship and will from time to time recall the memories of the famous "Konter Caravans", the sales meetings, the parties, and him playing his guitar and all you did was to ask what are the points today? He would love to bring you up to speed on the latest song, we can talk real estate later, but this, Joankie is quite good.

Other memories are the Christmas Eve parties that we were able to share, and of course being invited to join the elite "Social Club" where a steady supply of fresh popcorn was a must just for Sam.

Sam you will be missed so very much.

Thanks for being you.

Harriet,Pam & Allen our love and prayers are with you.

Love, Joanne, Ed, Eddie,Lori and David Middleton

Sammy, I will miss you, old friend. We first played together at ages 5 - 6 on Lake Forest Drive in Augusta. We grew up together, and when I returned to Geogia in Savannah, you were a most gracious host. The world will be a sadder place without you. I will see you in the last place where all good people meet. Stuart

Hariett and Pam;

Sam was a very special person to me.

We struck up friendship in real estate school at Konter. I would go to him with real estate problems and the conversation would alway turn around to music. When I left Konter I missed sneaking up the stairs to Sam's office to share the latest joke or talk about the latest "South Park" episode and in true form he was always either playing the guitar or perfecting his solitaire skills on the computer.I knew if I got an email from him...it was going to be funny. I will miss talking to him online only for him to type....forget this and the phone would ring. I will miss his real estate expertise. Just knowing I could pick up the phone and give him a call. He would let you know if it's a stupid question but would always take the time to find the answer. I'll miss the best hot dogs in the world, from Sams Club, the accordidan, which I wouldn't admit to in public and neither would he but most of all will miss him.

God's blessings to you and your family. You are in my thoughts and prayers,

Love,

Martha

Harriet and Family,

If it weren't for Sammy, it would have taken me a lot longer to get my RE license. He told me exactly what to study and even HOW to study to pass the test. I did what he told me to do and I passed the test, just like he said! I am just one in a LONG list of people greatful and fortunate to have known him. Dawn and I will keep ya'll in our prayers.
