Mr. Nord this is your beloved friend, Eddie Pedroza of San Andreas. I never felt so close to someone like you when we discussed things of the world and any matter that occurred---you had all the answers. You even took beautiful pictures at my daughter's wedding. If there is one thing I could do in this world it would be to pick up where you left off and dress as sharp as you did! I could only imitate but I will never duplicate. I will miss you so! Your friend forever, Eddie.

I'm so sad to hear that Mr. Nord has passed away, he was one of my most favorite teachers at Serrano Jr. High. He believed in me, and it made me a better person. I seen him a few months back at the Volvo repair shop on Central and Baseline, and I had to stop my car to give him a hug and say thank you for being a great teacher.

Nord Family, my family and I are sad for your loss. Bill was a nice man who loved his colorful ties. I had the opportunity to making quite a few for him. The bolder the print, the more he loved them. He would stop by on occasionally just to say hello. He made a great impact on everyone and always encouraged children to stay in school and get their education. He will be sorely missed.

Nord Family, I had the opportunity to know Bill for many years while working for the School District. He was a character and a man with many different ties and bow ties. My mother made quite a few of his flamboyant ties. He was a wonderful photographer also. He took my daughter's wedding pictures and pictures of my family. Bill was a nice man who always had a smile on his face and made you laugh when you talked to him. He will be dearly missed by those who knew him. Thanks Bill for the many years of friendship. God has added another flower to his bouquet.
