Norman, you were such a sweet guy. I really enjoyed being your neighbor. Always with a smile on your face and a happy hello. You were a bright spot to my day. Sugar loved to come visit you and little girl. I am proud to call you my friend and miss you so much. My heart goes out to your family. We're always next door for your mom. RIP my friend.
