Oscar Chavez

OSCAR CHAVEZ age 35, passed away on March 5, 2004 at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center. He was a life long resident of Fontana, CA, and employed as a Loborer at C & R Tire Company. Survivors include his sons, Ruben, Jesse and Chr is, all of Fontana; daughter, Antoinette of Fontana; brothers, Mike, Lupe and Freddie, all of Fontana; sisters, Patty, Linda and Ruby, all of Fontana; stepmother, Margaret Martinez, of San Bernardino. Visitation will be on Thursday, March 11, 2004 with Scripture at 6PM at Ingold Chapel, 8277 Juniper, Fontana, CA. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, March 12 at Noon at Ressurection Church in Fontana. Interment will be at Green Acres, Bloomington.
