Sandra Plavin Obituary
Sandra Helene Plavin, aged 70, passed away on February 25, 2017 in El Paso, Texas. Sandy lived for over 30 years in Highland, California where she retired as a Teacher's Assistant for the San Bernardino School District. Prior to being a teacher's assistant, Sandy also was a Beautician, Nurses Assistant, and a proud children's clothing store owner. Sandy was at her happiest whenever she could find a bargain at any of her favorite resell stores. She is survived by her daughter Mindy Dominick, her husband Bob and their two children - Spencer and Sydney - all of Las Vegas Nevada; and her son Scott Plavin, his wife Stephanie and their two children - Benjamin and Joshua - all of El Paso, Texas; her beloved cats Boots and Molly; and her sisters Barbara (Mort) Berlant and Jackie (Alan) Grossman.

A little late to make a comment on Sandys anniversary but Sandy Wii always be in my heart and never forgotten. We worked together for 30 years at the Adult School in San Bernardino. She was a great friend. Rest In Peace, Sandy.

Sandy did her best to make me feel welcome when I first joined the staff at the Adult School, and she was an interesting source of information about earlier days in San Bernardino. May her memory be for a blessing.
