Diana Marie Dankulich, 59, formerly of Lake Wynonah, passed away peacefully Sunday, May 5, at Gracedale Nursing Home, Nazareth.
Born Feb. 18, 1965, in Cheyenne, Wyo., at Warren Air Force Hospital, she was a daughter of the late John W. Cragen Jr. and Patricia D. (McDonald) Cragen, of New Foundland, Calif. She spent her youth in Massachusetts until moving to Pennsylvania.
She was the widow of John Paul Dankulich, who preceded her in death in 2011.
Diana was a beach enthusiast growing up along the bay. She had been a lifeguard and taught many children the joy of swimming.
Diana was happiest when she was spending time with her family. Her grandchildren were the light of her life.
She is survived by three children of whom she was so proud, Riana West and husband, Warner, Port Carbon, James Dankulich, Lake Wynonah, and Patricia Dankulich, Pottsville; two grandchildren, Warner III and Eliza; three siblings, John W. Cragen III, Palmyra, Thomas Cragen and Michelle Grigg, both of Kulpmont; nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 15, in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery in Annville. To extend online condolences, visit www.gsesfuneralhomes.com.
