What a shock! I only just found out about this tragic loss on Jan 5th, 2022 and am stunned to say the least! We were 1st cousins and seperated by time and distance, yet recalled great memories from our Busia's and Dziadzia's family gatherings. My sincere sympathy to Joyce and the while family! May his soul revel in joy and peace and may he live in Eternal Memory with his friends and family. From our Portka (original Polish name) Family, to all of yours, our genuine condolences.

Uncle Ed will always hold a very special place in my heart. He was so generous, caring, loving, thoughtful, and I looked up to him. He played a huge role in pushing me to go back to College and motivating me to be successful. I will never forget being their flower girl, having so many fun memories at the lake house, our deep conversations and text messages, all of he and my Aunt Joyce´s support while in dental hygiene school, and enjoying time with just him & my Aunt. He truly was an amazing man who touched many lives! I will miss him so much and his beautiful smile, but I know God needed him more. Uncle Ed impacted my life in more ways than one and I´ll forever be grateful! Until we meet again, Uncle Ed! Fly high! Love, Jessie
