John Larish Obituary

John William "Bill" Larish, 74, of North Nichols Street, Saint Clair, died Monday at The Meadows at York Terrace, Pottsville.

Born in Pottsville, June 11, 1943, he was a son of the late John Jacob and Betty Wineland Larish.

He was a graduate of Saint Clair High School.

Bill retired as an orderly from the former Pottsville Hospital & Warne Clinic and loved going to the casinos.

He was of the Protestant faith.

Surviving are a sister, Ruth Kisko and her husband, Carl, Lake Wynonah; a brother, James D. Larish Sr. and his wife, Mary, Saint Clair; nieces, Christine Hazzard and her husband, Charles; Terry Cupit and her husband, Matthew; Alexandra L. Larish; nephews, John Kisko and his wife, Jane; James D. Larish Jr.; Eric M. Larish and his wife, Maria; a great-nephew, Charlie Hazzard.

Memorial service will be held at 8 p.m. Friday from Bruce T. Hart Funeral Home, 110 N. Second St., Saint Clair, with Pastor Jack Murray officiating. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the funeral home to defray costs. Bruce T.
