Nancy I. Hatter, 86, of Donaldson, passed away Tuesday, June 15, 2021, at the Geisinger St. Luke's Hospital, Orwigsburg.
Born in Tremont, Aug. 13, 1934, she was a daughter of the late Mervin and Mary "Mae" Graeff Miller. She was a 1953 graduate of the former Tremont High School.
She was a judge of elections for Donaldson and a member of the Donaldson Fire Company Auxiliary.
Nancy enjoyed playing bingo, going to the casino and always looked forward to stopping to get something to eat at Wendy's.
In addition to parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Donald Hatter; a brother, Robert Miller; a daughter-in-law, Emily Hatter; a brother-in-law, David Hatter.
Surviving are her husband of 67 years, Merwin Hatter; three sons, Gary Hatter and his wife, Sally, Donaldson, Mark Hatter and his wife, Pam, Tremont, and Ronald Hatter, Lickdale; a sister, Barbara Bohrman, Schuylkill Haven; a sister-in-law, Linda Hatter, Donaldson; eight grandchildren, Jennifer, Jamie, Jeremy, Donald, Derrick, Shannon, Alaina and Alyssa; seven great-grandchildren, Kody, Katelyn, Brendan, Brittnie, Sloan, Alex and Kylia; two great-great-grandchildren, Abigail and Kash; nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 19, from the Chapel of the Dimon Funeral Home Inc., Tower City, with Pastor Annette Shutt officiating. Burial will be private in the Donaldson Community Cemetery. Viewing will be from 10 to 11 a.m. at the chapel.
