Pauline Ernst Obituary

Pauline K. Ernst, 86, of Pinedale View Drive, Orwigsburg, died Saturday morning at Schuylkill Medical Center-East Norwegian Street.

Born in McKeansburg, May 30, 1924, she was a daughter of the late Wesley I. and Esther Jones Zimmerman.

She was the widow of J. Marlin Ernst, who died March 27, 1990.

She was a homemaker, attended Auburn schools and was a member of Zion Red Church, Orwigsburg.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, Irvin W. Zimmerman Sr.

Surviving are two sons, Keith, husband of Rosemarie Ernst, Orwigsburg, and Terry, husband of Cheryl Ernst, Orwigsburg; two grandsons, Brandon W., husband of Leah Ernst, Orwigsburg, and Bret M., husband of Palma Ernst, Orwigsburg; a granddaughter, Kimberly A., wife of Greg Breiner, Auburn; a great-grandson, Liam P. Ernst, Orwigsburg; a sister, Jean, widow of Thomas Heim, Allentown; two sisters-in-law, Marion, widow of Robert Schwenk, Orwigsburg, and Beverly, widow of Irvin W. Zimmerman, Florida.

Family and friends are invited to call from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Hamilton Funeral Home Inc., Orwigsburg. Religious services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday from the funeral home. Interment services will be in Schuylkill Memorial Park, Schuylkill Haven. Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider a donation in Pauline's memory to Zion Red Church, 1287 Centre Turnpike, P.O. Box 334, Orwigsburg, PA 17961.
