Thomas Patric "Dinker" Adamchick, 74, of Saint Clair, passed away Thursday, Jan. 11, 2024, at LVHN-Cedar Crest, Allentown.
Born Jan. 30, 1949, in Pottsville, he was a son of the late Martin and Margaret (Ryan) Adamchick.
A graduate of Saint Clair Area High School, Dinker retired from the Borough of Saint Clair as foreman for the streets department. He was a member of the Saint Clair Fish and Game, Saint Clair Borough Council, and the Alerts Fire Company in Saint Clair.
Surviving is his wife of 43 years, Kathleen (Sponhouse) Adamchick; daughter, Dr. Susan Rux and her husband, Ronald, of Mohnton; two grandchildren, Peyton and Skylar Rux; sister, Marlene Kilcullen and her husband, Thomas, of Pottsville.
The memorial service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 18, from Bruce T. Hart Funeral Home, 110 N. Second St., Saint Clair. The Rev. Monsignor William Glosser will be officiating. Friends may call from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105, or Fox Chase Cancer Center, 333 Cottman Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19111.
