No matter what Diane went through in the past few years she always said, "I'm blessed." And she meant it. Her strong faith, her positive attitude, and her witty sense of humor made us all feel at ease. She never complained and flowed with whatever life dealt her. She persevered with egolessness in very challenging circumstances. She was an inspiration to me and I feel so blessed to have known her. May your lifetime of memories with Diane be your treasure chest Dave. And may Diane's love hover over you in this time of great loss.

Diane was my master teacher when I student taught in speech therapy in the Puyallup School District in the spring of 1975. She created a warm and caring environment in which to share her expertise. She helped me gain the confidence I needed to get my first job at a time when few school districts were hiring. I will always remember her warm smile and cheerful disposition.

I worked with Diane for 13 years in Puyallup SD. She was a friend and colleague. I have thought about her often and wondered how she was doing. She was an exception person. We spent a lot of wonderful times together. I am very sad for your family. So sorry for your loss.

To Dave, Matthew, and Ryan:
We pray and think of you often during this time.
Over many years, Diane´s (your Mom´s) joyful, loving spirit and countless heartfelt stories of her family touched us all. She was so proud of her boys and so grateful for the life and love you gave her, Dave. Her legacy will continue to profoundly bless us all.
With love,
