He always enjoyed talking about cars and life and fixing things together. i would stop bye from time to time and he always had a way of keeping me arownd working on something. a quad clutch a go cart i built wen i was 16 he seen me riding it one day. He then went and started to build one too. I helped him build it . He was a crazy man driving it lol. But thats what was so fun .. he always wanted me to help him build the charger. But we never got to it. I helped him with meany project's. he helped me also more time then i can remember. One time i ran out of gas just out of stanwood. He drove bye and turned arownd it was dark out. He pulled up. Asked whats up pat!! I replyed ran out of gas. He hopped out opened up his trunk and pulled out a 5 gallon can . I just needed to get maybe 1 1/2 miles. But he put the whol can in my car. Thing is that id helped him on several occasions. he didnot hesitate on sec. To help me. If i needed a part for my truck he always helped me. Ive had some good times with him . I will miss him . See you on the trail in the sky some day agin mike RIP.

I'm one of Mike's lil sisters I recently went back to the little backwoods town we lived in when we were younger.. from the Junction heading towards the little town came up to a spot in the road I had a flashback just me (13yrs) and Mike (16yrs) I think we ran out of gas so we had to walk no cell phones back then and it was pitch dark no flashlight couldn't see our hands in front of our faces I was really scared and froze. ....afraid to step forward
Mike says okay give me your hand this is what we're going to do walk forward on the Road and when you can feel we're at the edge of pavement then turn in a lil and if I feel we're on the edge I will turn in a little that should keep us up on the pavement . it did . I thought he was a genius...we walked that way for miles he talked almost the whole time I think it was to make me feel better or he just didn't want to catch any wildlife by surprise. Probably both but it worked
we made it whew! And he was my hero
When you come from a family of 10 kids ..one-on-one moments were rare. So even little moments seemed like big ones. I love him and
I'm going to miss my hero my big brother immensely....RIP Bro

Mike was the best mechanic I've ever known, he had a true gift. Mike taught me how to take care of my car, which saved me some cash! I never needed another mechanic. He will be missed by many. He can finally rest.
