I worked with Rod in San Jose, California (circa 2003-2004) on the build and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) of an Operator Training Simulator package for a new ABWR that was being built in Taiwan.
I was young in my career and had the opportunity to be part of Rod´s team at that time. He is a part of me today in my continued work within the Nuclear Industry.
The picture attached is the training simulator as it stood in San Jose in 2002/2003 as we made it ready for delivery to Taiwan.
