Lori Ann Townsend Cook, 56, passed away on Thursday, March 10, 2022 at her residence in Dillon.
Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 18, 2022 at Cooper Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Greenlawn Cemetery. Visitation will be held 10:00-11:00 a.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
Born in Horry County, SC, January 19, 1966, she was the daughter of the late Joseph T. Townsend and Mayola Hayes Townsend of Lake View, SC. Lori was the most loving person who was always willing to help others.
Lori leaves behind to cherish her and pass on her memories, daughter, Loritta Lynn Harris; sisters, Carolyn Brown of Wade, NC, and Brenda Nobles (Danny) of Lake View, SC; brothers, Mark Townsend and William (Catherine) Townsend, both of Dillon; special friend, Gary King of the home.
Lori was preceded in death by her parents; son, Ken Wayne Townsend; brothers, Joseph Townsend (Timothy) and Michael Townsend.
She's no longer living by faith, but by sight! She is seeing God in His Glorious Presence First Hand!
