Reba Daly Obituary
August 1, 1939 - October 29, 2025
Reba Lockridge Daly passed away peacefully at home in Canton, GA. Born in Cedartown, she was the daughter of Samuel and Ruby Lockridge and sister to their two other daughters.
After graduating from Cedartown High, Reba moved to Atlanta, where she met Paul Daly. They married on October 15, 1060, and recently celebrated 65 years of marriage. Together, they lived in Hicksville, NY, and Florence, SC, where Reba taught kindergarten, worked at Jefferson Pilot, and was active at St. Anthony Catholic Church and community organizations. Reba enjoyed reading, sewing, and playing bridge. She was dedicated to her family, supporting her children's activities and cherishing time with her grandchildren.
In Canton, she continued her community involvement, serving as Treasurer of the Bridgemill Sixes Service League and participating as an active member of St. Clement's Episcopal Church.
She is survived by her husband, Paul; children, Laura (Chris), Michael, Joanne (Bob), and David (Alison); grandchildren, Matthew (Kristen), Dillon (Sarah), Mary Grace (Jack), Rob (Samantha), Palmer; and a great-granddaughter expected soon.
The family thanks Dr. Gena Volas-Redd and the staff at Georgia Cancer Specialists for their compassionate care.

I´m so sorry for the loss of your mom. It´s been years since high school, but I still remember looking out from the cantor stand and seeing her warm smile in the congregation-it always made me feel supported. Please know I´m holding all of you in my prayers and sending love during this difficult time.
