Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10AM on Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at St. Augustine's Catholic Church in St. Cloud for Bernadette "Bernie" C. Eich, 82 of Sauk Rapids who passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday, December 26, 2015 surrounded by her loving family.  Rev. Scott Pogatchnik will officiate and burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, St. Cloud.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the services at church on Tuesday.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home, St. Cloud.

Bernie was born in Rockville Township, Stearns County, on March 28, 1933 to the late Albert and Catherine (Frings) Eich.  She worked at the St. Cloud Hospital in Nutrition Services for 41 years until her retirement in 2000.  Bernie walked strongly in her faith often attending daily mass and weekly prayer group.  She was a member of St. Augustine's Catholic Church in St. Cloud.  She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Bernie is survived by her sister, Julia Czech of Sauk Rapids; sister-in-law, Delores Eich of Minneapolis; extended family, Clarence and Sadie (Eich) Roden of St. Cloud; many nieces, nephews, and grandnieces and grandnephews.  She is also survived by her loving cat "Kitty."

She was preceded in death by sisters, Rosaline, Alvina, Philomena, and Cecilia Norton.  Brothers, Ralph, Joseph, Edmund, Casper, Adrain, Nicholas, Benedict, Roman; brother-in-law, Jerome Czech.

Bernie's family would like to thank the staff at St. Criox Hospice for their care and concern for Bernie.
