I have had the good pleasure of knowing Kevin for the last 5 years and providing whatever assistance he needed as an individual living in his own apartment. He loved life none other than any other I had assisted in past 45 years. Kevin was "game" to try just about anything except for opera and playing cards. He was a fun, yet respectful jokester. He was a hard worker both at home with his folks, at his place of employment and even within his apartment building when others needed help. Kevin knew how to advocate for himself and if someone overstepped his boundaries, he'd be honest in letting that individual know. Kevin was highly adept with the skills he learned at Boy Scouts; he loved orienteering and even winter camping. Kevin even assisted as a Scout Leader. Much more could be shared, but I am proud to have known him and loved spending my Wednesdays with him. I will miss him more than I even realize at this moment.
